Insurance and Fee Schedule
Below is the current rate for self pay. A superbill will be provided for all out of network visits.
Dr. Yang is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plan. Please verify with insurance that you have this plan prior to contact if you are interested in using insurance. This excludes Blue Choice Plans and HMO plans. In addition, some plans such as CTY plans, have yearly limits on mental health visits. It is your responsibility to verify the number of visits left in the year prior to scheduling. Self pay rates apply for all visits not covered by insurance.
Rates are scheduled to change. Appropriate notices will be given to current patients. Please check your portal to be aware of such updates.
