You spent your day taking care of others. Is it time to replenish your self?

  • Do you feel burned out from your job?

  • Does your work setting feel isolating and you yearn for more connection with other colleagues?

  • Do you feel stressed working all day indoors or in front of the computer all day?

  • Is your work too sedentary and you crave more movement?

Why an outdoors group?

If you answer yes to some or all of the questions above, a nature-based group may offer the antidote.  Being in nature help us regulate our nervous systems and improve our overall health.  Movement is essential for our body to stay healthy, and having connections with other people are essential to our wellbeing.  Despite this, much of our modern day work have evolved in opposite direction of our own health: being sedentary, indoors, and isolated.

In this group, there's an opportunity to take a different route, by taking us outdoors, giving ourselves the space to move, and to connect with others. Come enjoy the beauty of nature, be inspired by outdoors space, and let the energy other group members nourish your path forward.
