Parent Circle

for Parents of Neurodivergent Children

About

Raising a neurodivergent child can feeling deeply isolating, exhaustion, and overwhelming. You spend your days navigating school systems, therapies, and meltdowns- but who is holding space for you?

Parents Circle is a supportive gathering for parents of neurodivergent children to slow down, connect with one another, and share the joys and challenges of parenting in a welcoming environment.

Led by a psychiatrist who specializes in neurodivergence and is trained in process group work, this monthly group combines topics relevant to parents with a confidential, facilitated space to process grief, navigate burnout, find shared resonance, and build a community of peers who understand.
